Aging, injury, illness or other life changing event may interrupt a person's employment. If the person plans to return to work, they will be evaluated and receive relevant aid from their employer, agency, counselors or occupational therapists. However, due to physical changes, adaptive equipment may be needed to perform certain job functions. SunKirb Ideas can assist in the vocational rehabilitation process to help prepare for, obtain, or maintain employment. After a person has worked within their support network to define their vocational goals, we will assist in defining the technology that will benefit them while staying within budget.
